Taurine is a compound that occurs naturally in the body and is said to enhance the effect of caffeine. The contained pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. Vitamins B2 & B6 support normal energy metabolism as well as the nervous system and help reduce fatigue and fatigue.
