Ingredients:
Magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, sorbitol; anti-caking agent: palm fat (fully hydrogenated), DL-alpha-Tocopheryl acetate, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: tricalcium phosphate, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin 5´-phosphate (sodium), bulking agents: modified starch, talcum; thickener: hydroxypropyl cellulose, vitamin B12, coconut fat.

Recommended intake:
Consume ½ tablet twice a day.
